The CSSA Headquarters is the central organizational unit of CSSA with responsibility for the conceptual, methodological, management and coordination, control and direct execution of the designated social security agendas. The CSSA headquarters is located at Prague, Křížová 25.

Pension applications and other social security matters (sickness insurance, social security premiums, agendas of the self-employed persons), can only be made with the district social security administrations, in Prague, with the territorial branches of the Prague Social Security Administration, in Brno, with the Municipal Social Security Administration (DSSA/PSSA/MSSA).

B metro line, get off at the Anděl or Na Knížecí station, then take a tram or bus:

Tram - lines 7 and 21 (Radlická direction), get off at the Křížová stop and continue walking along the Křížová street for about 300 meters until you reach the complex of CSSA buildings

The client centre provides the CSSA clients with general information on:

  • conditions of entitlements to pension insurance benefits,
  • how to proceed when applying for pension insurance benefits,
  • conditions and methods of payment of pension insurance benefits both in the Czech Republic and abroad,
  • method of deductions from pensions made on the basis of enforcement of decisions.

In addition, it:

  • handles urgent cases and queries having a character of complaints;
  • receives citizens' complaints relating to the processing of their pension benefits claims and forwards them to the competent organizational unit for resolution;
  • issues confirmations of payment, the type and amount of the pension,
  • ensures the completion of information sheets regarding the course of insurance (employment).

Call centre for the CSSA pension insurance

Handles queries of the general public and clients. It provides information, including but not limited to:

  • pension insurance in general,
  • entitlements to pension benefits and pension calculations,
  • conditions for entitlements to pension benefits,
  • pension payments (both in the Czech Republic and abroad),
  • making execution deductions from pensions for the enforcement of decisions,
  • implementation social security within the framework of the EU coordination regulations and international agreements,

In addition, it takes down requests or complaints made via telephone and provides confirmations of payments and amounts of pensions to the client's address.

Call centre for the CSSA sickness insurance

It handles queries of the general public and provides information on sickness insurance benefits (sickness benefitmaternity benefit, attendance allowance, compensatory benefit in pregnancy and maternity, paternity benefit).

Call centre for the CSSA eServices technical support

It provides the CSSA clients with purely technical information, in particular:

  • regarding the CSSA e- Submissions service, which allows electronic submissions to be delivered as data sentences in xml format,
  • regarding the CSSA ePortal, which is used to view data registered with CSSA and to provide selected on-line services of CSSA, and
  • regarding the CSSA Open Data Portal, which is used to publish and visualize open data of CSSA.

Call Centre for Technical Support shall not respond to any queries concerning pension and sickness insurance or other professional agenda within the competence of CSSA.
