General coordination rules for the aggregation of insurance periods and the payment of pensions shall also apply to the entitlements to survivor's pension after persons who have aggregated periods of insurance in more than one Member State.
The survivors' pensions shall be paid without any limitations, adjustments or suspensions, irrespective of the Member State in which the surviving spouse or orphan are resident.
