Survivors' pensions

General coordination rules for the aggregation of insurance periods and the payment of pensions shall also apply to the entitlements to survivor's pension after persons who have aggregated periods of insurance in more than one Member State.

Survivors’ pensions must be paid in full without any restrictions, reductions or delays, regardless of where in the EU the surviving spouse/partner/registered partner or orphan is resident
