Responsibilities

The pension beneficiary must inform CSSA of any and all facts that may affect the pension and its payment, i.e. in particular the change of address, change of the account number where the pension is to be remitted, etc.

If an orphan terminates his/her earlier than given in the submitted certificate of studies, or should he/she change the form of studies, it is his/her legal duty to inform CSSA of this in writing within 8 days. The same will apply, should he/she start pursue a gainful activity constituting participation in the pension insurance (social security premiums are deducted from the income) or receive unemployment benefits (retraining support), or the orphan be awarded a disability pension for the third degree disability.
