						<h3 id="sectionTitle">Inspections to check whether insured persons on temporary sick leave are adhering to the treatment regimen</h3>						
						<p>
	CSSA employees performed a total of 185,651 inspections of adherence to the treatment regimen during temporary sick leave in 2010. The majority of inspections were carried out in the Moravian-Silesian Region (23,859) and in the Central Bohemian Region (19,601). Based on these inspections, all the CSSA offices imposed sanctions for violation of the treatment regimen in 3,468 cases. In practice this means that 1.87% of the inspected individuals had their sickness benefits reduced or withdrawn.  In addition, CSSA employees terminated 574 cases of temporary sick leave in 2010 in cases where there were no medical grounds for it to continue.
